Caitlin Hough, AIA

Prior to moving to the Austin area, Caitlin lived in Dallas and attended the University of Texas at Arlington for her Bachelor of Science in Architecture, where she developed a passion for modern architecture. She then graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with her Masters of Architecture in 2021.  While attending she had the opportunity to pursue her interests in digital fabrication and parametric design. While originally from the Midwest, she has been living and working in the city of Austin for nearly a decade.  She began her career working for a sole proprietorship doing bespoke high end residential homes.  She has a passion for clean-lined, minimalist, regional and biophilic architecture.  Caitlin prides herself on being organized, detail-oriented, and a good listener, always aiming to exceed client expectations. When not working, she enjoys being out of doors.  She enjoys hiking, rollerblading and swimming.  While not a Texas native, she is grateful to have acclimated to the heat, so much so she finds sweaters are needed when temperatures drop below 80 degrees.  She and her husband also enjoy hosting and event planning.
