We strive to provide thoughtful and appropriate design solutions to enhance the built environment and our community. Andrew Logan, AIA

Principal

Andrew is originally from San Angelo, Texas, and has been an Austinite since 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin. Before starting Logan Architecture in 2015, Andrew was an Associate Principal at Runa Workshop and, prior to that, a Project Manager at Jackson Galloway and Associates. While at those firms, Andrew managed the design and construction of dozens of commercial and residential projects. His professional interests include all things architectural, art, and landscape; especially where these areas overlap. As Principal, Andrew manages all client-facing aspects of the business, as well as, all internal design processes. Andrew loves distance running and can be found on weekend mornings pushing a jogging stroller around Lady Bird Lake with his son riding shotgun.

Carl Williams, AIA

Associate Principal

Carl grew up in the small town of East Bernard, Texas before first calling Austin home in 2004. After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, Carl began his career in New York, gaining extensive professional experience at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill working on mixed-use high rises, aviation and transportation projects around the globe. Returning to Austin in 2014, he was a Project Manager at Runa Workshop before joining Logan Architecture in 2019. As an Associate Principal and Project Architect, Carl manages multiple projects, acquires new work for the firm, and manages internal project workflows and quality control. When he is not practicing architecture, Carl enjoys working on home-improvement projects he convinces his wife he can handle, being outdoors, action movies, and spending time with his two kids.

Eric Dethamphaivan

Project Manager

Eric grew up in Northwest Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Arkansas. Eric joined Logan Architecture in the Fall of 2018 after 3 years of working in firms in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Austin, on a wide range of projects including fabrication, residential, commercial, and urban design. At Logan Architecture, Eric manages multiple projects, collaborating with clients, builders, & consultants towards achieving a great finished product. Eric likes cooking & playing billiards; so you’ll find him either in the kitchen or at the pool halls outside of work.

Lingyue Wang

Project Designer

Lingyue (Ling) was born in China and has been drawn to architecture since a very young age. After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2016, Ling moved to the United States to continue his education at Washington University in St. Louis, where he received his Master of Architecture in the Spring of 2020.  Prior to joining Logan Architecture, Ling worked as an architectural intern at CallisonRTKL in Chicago and Wittman Estes in Seattle where he received broad experience in both residential and commercial projects. Ling enjoys traveling, cooking traditional Chinese cuisine, playing table tennis, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
